This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Strategize, implement, and deliver operational support for the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and its associated applications.
• Offer technical expertise for the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Falcon Cloud Security platform and related modules.
• Modify scripts for the deployment of Falcon Cloud Security solutions.
• Resolve customer deployment challenges across small to large enterprises.
• Engineer deployment technologies for both native and third-party software.
• Create scripts and processes for the deployment of Falcon sensors.
• Plan and communicate the status of software deployments.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams.
• Mentor and support the Platform Professional Services team.
• Provide training on best practices for cloud platforms.
• Assist customers with vulnerability and asset management.
• Integrate CrowdStrike into existing tools used by customers.
• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon modules, internal tools, and data-collection scripts.
• Lead educational sessions on Falcon Cloud Security and related applications.
• Foster relationships between product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Guide deployments to ECS Fargate, Google Cloud Run, Kubernetes clusters, AWS accounts, GCP projects, and Azure tenants.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.
• Expertise and certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Proficiency in Linux administration and command-line interface (CLI) usage.
• Significant experience in Python scripting.
• Proficient with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Comprehensive experience in customer-facing consulting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Broad experience in cloud, computer, and network security systems.
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, processes, efficiency, and business results.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• May be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment.
