This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver senior-level technical guidance and assistance to Argano’s clients utilizing Microsoft D365 CE and the Power platform.
• Diagnose and resolve high-level technical support issues within the established SLAs, minimizing disruptions for clients.
• Collaborate with the support lead and functional consultant to ensure the efficient progress and resolution of open support tickets, escalating issues within Argano or to the client as necessary.
• Assess and develop modifications based on customer enhancement requests, coordinating with the support lead and client through to deployment.
• Have sufficient knowledge of functional business processes to provide best practice and design approach guidance to the support lead.
• Maintain thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and customizations to promote knowledge sharing within the team and with clients.
• Stay updated on the latest D365 updates, patches, and emerging features, and provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
• Enhance and maintain Argano’s client care team knowledge base.
• Assist with implementation projects as required.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Be open to working in various shifts (time zones) as necessary.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including code modifications, debugging, performance optimization, integrations, technical support, and best practices.
• Proficiency in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power Automate Flows.
• Working knowledge of the Power Platform, Azure, Azure Data Factory, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of LifeCycle Services (LCS), Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Solid comprehension of migration, integration, D365 line of business application capabilities, as well as CE technical and functional capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of dual write and Dynamics 365 integration methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and contribute to a virtual team of functional/technical consultants working from various locations (onsite, nearshore, or offshore).
• Adequate knowledge of functional business processes to accurately estimate development efforts and provide guidance on best practices for the functional client care team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter, capable of taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
• Effective multitasker, able to manage a variety of issues simultaneously.
