This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Respond to client inquiries swiftly and professionally through live chat, email, and phone in English.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Aid clients in verification and KYC processes in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines, while providing precise information regarding account management, execution queries, and platform features.
• Diagnose technical issues such as login difficulties and platform navigation, and assist clients in utilizing available tools and resources to enhance their trading experience.
• Actively engage with clients to reduce churn by offering personalized support, reactivating inactive accounts, and enhancing client retention through regular follow-ups and customized solutions.
• Participate in expos.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Sales position within a regulated financial services organization.
• Proficient in English and German, both in written and spoken forms.
• A degree from a college or university.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• High degree of professionalism, a robust work ethic, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
• A positive, proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work on public holidays.
• Availability for morning shifts (09:00–18:00).
