Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and engage in technical discussions with enterprise clients, including troubleshooting sessions and support calls during go-live phases.

• Convert intricate technical information into terms that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Effectively handle high-pressure situations and assist in de-escalating issues when technical challenges or deadlines arise.

• Configure, integrate, and enhance BA Insight connectors with platforms such as SharePoint, FileNet, iManage, and other enterprise repositories.

• Leverage REST APIs and scripting to implement or expand integration logic.

• Diagnose complex issues across multi-tier environments, including application servers, connectors, indexing services, and authentication systems.

• Support orchestration pipelines that prepare data for LLM/AI utilization.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Support teams to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.

• Work in partnership with Product and R&D teams to identify defects, propose enhancements, and test new connector features.

• Keep meticulous technical documentation and records of customer engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a technical consulting, support engineering, or implementation role within a SaaS or enterprise software organization.

• Experience with enterprise content management or search-based applications (e.g., SharePoint, iManage, OpenText, Documentum, Elastic, Solr) is highly preferred.

• Previous exposure to AI or data orchestration workflows is a plus (chunking, vectorization, or integration with LLMs).

• Strong skills in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.).

• Solid experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.

• Capability to design and implement scalable, reusable solutions.

• Practical experience with indexing pipelines and ingestion workflows.

• Familiarity with metadata modeling and enrichment strategies.

• Ability to diagnose issues related to missing content, suboptimal ranking, and incorrect search results.

• Hands-on experience or strong aptitude for troubleshooting AI search issues, data grounding challenges, and permissions-related problems.
