Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers throughout the phases of design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-deployment optimization to guarantee seamless delivery and enduring adoption.

• Create, consult on, test, and resolve issues related to customer integrations, which include mobile SDK integrations, web fingerprinting for both desktop and mobile platforms, as well as RESTful API integration.

• Provide guidance to mobile and web application developers, fraud managers, and business leaders on implementation strategies and industry best practices, while helping to operationalize insights derived from LNRS solutions.

• Engage in effective communication and presentation with both internal and external business stakeholders.

• Some travel may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of overall professional experience – 7 or more years preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years – with 5 or more years preferred – in application development, particularly in mobile app development.

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing position, such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical project management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering technology integration projects, particularly in areas like fraud, payments, or security.

• Proficient and comfortable in various consulting roles, including serving as the technical lead alongside a project manager and overseeing other consultants on customer-facing initiatives as the project manager.

• Strong grasp of internet technologies (HTTP, TCP, SSL, DOM).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze and comprehend technical concepts, such as HTML, JavaScript, Single Page Applications (like Angular, React, etc.), Browser Developer Tools, SDKs, and their applications in mobile applications.
