This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Attain the operational and business performance objectives for a designated portfolio of Franchisees, as established by the regional operations leader.
• Oversee the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to evaluate past performance against previous objectives and commitments, while setting future goals and commitments.
• Coordinate priority areas with Franchisees to enhance business performance in sales, profitability, and network expansion, ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience.
• Create a coaching plan for Franchisees through regular check-ins to ensure adherence to commitments.
• Monitor and analyze ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisees in achieving their goals, commitments, and plans.
• Analyze data to provide coaching and recommendations on critical priorities for Franchisees to address.
• Follow up on Franchisee commitments and track data to assess progress.
• Assist Franchisees in comprehending the processes for remodeling and constructing new restaurants.
• Collaborate with the construction team and Franchisees, oversee milestones, and hold Franchisees accountable to ensure completed facilities meet operational specifications.
• Offer assistance during all remodeling and new store openings.
• Facilitate communication between Franchisees and relevant cross-functional partners based on individual goals and opportunities aimed at achieving a safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit expansion.
• Engage and collaborate with the Field Marketing Team on updates regarding operational initiatives and new marketing product and promotion launches as needed.
• Supervise and support the implementation of local, DMA, and regional marketing strategies.
• Conduct evaluations of restaurants as required based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators.
• Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training support for Franchisees.
• Ensure the effective utilization of G&A expenses within the parameters established by regional leads.
• Complete all necessary administrative functions and responsibilities associated with the position in a timely manner.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• A preferred Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year).
• At least 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities – capable of effectively managing time, planning, and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish credibility and foster trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in developing and executing plans to achieve results.
• Competence in utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to unite individuals to resolve problems.
