Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical execution of CR2’s Digital & Cards Solutions

• Accountable for the complete technical implementation, integration, and support of CR2’s product offerings

• Aid in crafting implementation, migration, and testing strategies

• Install and set up CR2 software within customer environments

• Convert functional requirements into technical outputs

• Perform system integration testing (SIT) and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Identify and resolve technical challenges during and after implementation

• Conduct training sessions and system walkthroughs

• Generate thorough documentation, including installation manuals and operational procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or fintech projects, ideally in customer-facing roles

• Strong foundational understanding of networking, databases, and programming

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio
