Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer – Frontend Developer, AngularJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and execute thorough technical interviews for senior-level AngularJS development roles.

• Develop and consistently refine advanced evaluation criteria and interview queries.

• Work closely with HR and development teams to gain a clear understanding of role specifications.

• Offer comprehensive feedback and suggestions to the hiring team.

• Keep updated with the latest advancements in AngularJS technologies and methodologies.

• Lead detailed technical workshops or discussions to assess candidates’ capabilities.

• Guide and train junior technical assessors/interviewers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in frontend development positions, with a minimum of 5 years focused on AngularJS development.

• Profound knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., ngRx).

• Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, npm, yarn).

• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to assess complex technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Extensive experience in designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.

• Current knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in AngularJS development.

• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
