📋 Description

• Creating and developing workflows, pipelines, and tools to facilitate AI-assisted game development.

• Merging assets from the art and design teams while implementing features that enable AI agents to engage with and enhance these assets.

• Quickly prototyping concepts and AI-driven game systems to investigate new gameplay possibilities.

• Crafting solutions to incorporate real-world assets and data into real-time applications.

• Investigating and experimenting with cutting-edge technologies to expand the frontiers of AI in gaming.

• Working collaboratively in small teams to execute projects across various platforms, including desktop, AR/VR headsets, mobile, WebGL, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in game development, ideally with Unity.

• Strong artistic abilities with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency.

• Extensive experience in designing and constructing AI-driven workflows.

• Familiarity with LLM datasets and performance benchmarking.

• Solid understanding of one or more 3D creation tools (Maya, Blender, etc.).

• Experience in optimizing 3D models and understanding real-time performance considerations.

• Knowledge of art production workflows such as modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, or lighting (HDRP/URP).

• Intermediate proficiency in C# or another programming language.

• Ability to quickly prototype concepts and iterate based on feedback, particularly within AI-assisted workflows.
