Junior/Middle Motion Designer – Arbitrage

📋 Description

• Creation of video creatives for the Arbitrage team

• Generation of new ideas based on competitors and trends

• Analysis of tasks and needs of internal teams, along with understanding the expectations of the target audience

• Adaptation of creatives for various formats and GEO

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Motion Designer of at least 1 year

• High proficiency in Adobe After Effects (Mocha Pro, 3D Camera Tracking, Element3D)

• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator

• Availability of an up-to-date portfolio

• Ability to work effectively in a team, considering others' opinions and ideas

• Experience with AI tools

• Excellent communication skills
