Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create captivating promotional videos customized to meet client specifications.

• Work closely with clients to grasp their vision and objectives.

• Edit unrefined video footage to produce high-quality, professional content.

• Maintain video quality and consistency throughout all projects.

• Design and animate explanatory videos showcasing app workflows.

• Develop simple and fluid character animations for brief motion videos.

• Produce introductions, end screens, transitions, collages, and various motion graphics.

• Craft seamless animations that engage users and enhance brand identity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation (at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience), along with Rive, Lottie files, and video editing skills.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for graphic design and asset development.

• Ability to produce results punctually, providing daily updates.

• Fluent in English, as the majority of work involves US-based clients.

• Flexibility to work during US hours or adjust your schedule to fit the San Francisco timezone.

• Graphic design capabilities will be an advantage.

• Proficient in rigging and character animation.

• Basic 3D work experience in any software is a plus.
