• Develop high-quality animations that reflect character personalities in alignment with the designated style.

• Exhibit an exceptional understanding of posing, timing, and weight in animations.

• Strive to enhance the quality of animations consistently.

• Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to animation processes and implementation.

• Ability to demonstrate a solid grasp of animation principles and their application to game animation.

• Familiarity with UE5's editor, pipeline, and proficiency in creating and implementing animations.

• Capability to produce animations specific to both characters and creatures using Maya.

• A genuine passion for crafting both stylized and realistic motion.

• Understanding of related skills such as modeling, skinning, and rigging.

• Strong teamwork abilities and capability to collaborate with other disciplines.

• Experience and enjoyment in working within the constraints of established ability mechanics and timings influenced by gameplay.

• An impressive animation reel, with extra credit for showcasing combat animations.
