Senior Technical Architect – PubSec FedCiv

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to clients

• Spearhead internal critical initiatives to enhance the consulting practice

• Contribute to the community's knowledge base and expertise

• Assist customers and colleagues in implementing emerging technologies

• Articulate complex concepts and deliver innovative, prescriptive solutions

• Identify and proactively address risks until resolved

• Manage customer expectations and negotiate intricate solutions with clients and third-party partners

• Review and refine project/program direction, methodology, and key deliverables

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions

• Contribute to program vision and provide guidance on strategies related to the Salesforce Platform

• Offer technical oversight and execution leadership on large-scale, mission-critical projects

• Mentor Salesforce teams and Federal clients

• Promote architectural excellence, strategic customer alignment, and a high-performance team culture

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform, including Core Sales/Services, within the Public Sector

• Strong skills in application design

• Proficient in data, integration, and security architecture

• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to defend a perspective to diverse audiences

• Capability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Aptitude for creating materials suited for various audiences

• Ability to engage with individuals in diverse roles

• Proven track record of analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration

• Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills

• Eligibility to obtain and sustain the specific U.S. Government security clearance necessary for the position

• U.S. citizenship (either by birth or naturalization) is required

• Acceptable results from background investigation

• Must be located in Metro DC

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or various Salesforce Architecture certifications preferred

• Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives is preferred

• Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (Agentforce Public Sector) is preferred

• Familiarity with Omni Studio is preferred

• Background in application design and development is preferred

• Travel may be required based on client needs
