Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and creation of a scalable cloud-based solution utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

• Design and manage back-end services and APIs leveraging Java and Spring Boot.

• Work closely with stakeholders to establish project requirements and technical solutions.

• Integrate with front-end components and third-party APIs.

• Enhance and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Engage in code reviews and uphold code-quality best practices.

• Guide junior developers and foster a culture centered on learning and growth.

• Develop and maintain unit tests to guarantee code reliability.

• Ensure high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Java Developer.

• Strong expertise in Java and related frameworks, particularly Spring Boot.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
