Senior Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and manage backend service ecosystems utilizing .NET (C#/.NET Core) and Python.

• Establish front-end architecture patterns and oversee the implementation of scalable React applications. Spearhead 3D visualization and UI architecture using Three.js for dynamic, data-driven interfaces.

• Direct database architecture for SQL Server, focusing on schema design, indexing strategies, and performance enhancement.

• Develop caching, messaging, and high-speed data layers employing Redis or comparable in-memory systems.

• Create and guide RAG architectures, integrate vector search, and design retrieval-optimized AI solutions.

• Set forth patterns and frameworks for Agentic AI workflows (LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, etc.).

• Implement Secure SDLC practices, architecture governance, code quality standards, and CI/CD protocols.

• Conduct thorough architecture reviews, engage in threat modeling, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Facilitate the resolution of intricate production, system, and performance issues across distributed systems.

• Propel cloud-native architecture on AWS, encompassing containerization, Kubernetes, networking, and security measures.

• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering leadership to align architectural strategies with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in architecture and engineering with .NET (C#/.NET Core).

• Strong architectural insight into React applications, including state management, performance optimization, and security.

• Profound experience in designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Solid background in SQL Server, encompassing schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.

• Expertise in Redis or similar high-performance in-memory data solutions.

• Practical architectural experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.

• Familiarity with agent-driven AI architectures utilizing LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar technologies.

• Strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud-native deployment methodologies.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across various layers of a distributed environment.

• Solid foundation in Secure SDLC, secure architecture principles, and platform hardening.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
