Senior Technical Advisory Consultant – Workday Success Plans

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offers design guidance and development coaching.

• Promotes the use of Workday Extend applications among Workday clients.

• Evaluates technical designs and advises customers accordingly.

• Guarantees that designs are sustainable, efficient, and comply with Workday's best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Workday Extend.

• More than 5 years of experience in Workday integration development or software development.

• At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting and solution design.

• Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.

• Proficiency in managing multiple advisory engagements with clients at the same time.

• Comprehensive understanding of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication/authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.).
