Senior Technical Adoption Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key customers to enhance the value derived from Autodesk solutions and help them reach their business objectives.

• Offer technical support, consulting, and adoption services to assist customers effectively.

• Contribute to refining workflows, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as a trusted advisor to facilitate the swift adoption of Autodesk products and platforms within organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Familiarity with AEC construction project workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience in BIM-led project environments.

• Proficient understanding of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management.

• Insight into the UK construction industry, with established connections to foster strong customer relationships and promote the adoption of Autodesk solutions.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
