This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients.
• Oversee the entire post-sales customer lifecycle.
• Lead or assist in the onboarding and implementation process of ClickUp.
• Guide clients through essential setup, integration, and enablement processes.
• Actively manage user adoption and overall account health.
• Track seat utilization, adoption patterns, and user engagement.
• Promote the adoption of ClickUp AI and develop customized workflow Agents.
• Create qualified leads through insights derived from data and AI usage analysis.
• Convert functional and technical requirements into scalable solutions using ClickUp.
• An AI-native professional who effectively utilizes generative and agentic AI.
• Comprehensive understanding of ClickUp’s platform and its capabilities.
• Proficient in prompt design, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks.
• Capable of managing complex customer programs involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Outstanding skills in workflow analysis and process design.
• Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to convey health, adoption, and ROI.
• Fully accountable for the assigned portfolio of business.
• Possesses executive presence and strong communication abilities.
