This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a power user of the Anomali Platform, assisting customers in maximizing their success with the technology.
• Take ownership of the customer adoption lifecycle, guiding clients from onboarding to full production maturity.
• Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with stakeholders at the analyst, director, and CISO levels, translating technical engagement into business value and security outcomes.
• Recognize signals of expansion and renewal risks from usage data and stakeholder relationships, and communicate these to Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Account Executives (AE).
• Respond to customer technical inquiries and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Offer advice, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure successful usage and adoption of the platform.
• Manage customer expectations while ensuring accountability.
• Serve as the advocate and internal champion for customers.
• Foster customer advocacy.
• Monitor key account metrics and report progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Engineers to facilitate a seamless transition for customers.
• Work with Technical Support to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
• Partner with Engineering to address customer-reported problems.
• Collaborate with Sales to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Work with Product Management to advocate for customer feature requests.
• Monitor usage metrics, create customized dashboards, provide best-practice recommendations, demonstrate ROI and value, and establish reference accounts.
• Offer feedback and insights to internal technical teams regarding emerging needs, continuous improvement, and new opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; alternatively, 3 additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the degree.
• Proven experience in presenting to and building trust with security leadership at the Director/VP/CISO level, including conducting QBRs/EBRs that link technical adoption to business results.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.
• Preferably experience in a SaaS or technology company focused on cybersecurity technologies and architectures, such as SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls and logs.
• Extensive experience working with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intelligence.
• Proficiency with at least one SIEM product, such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight, covering implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of general networking concepts.
• Competence in various operating systems and relevant network and identity log telemetry.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects, excelling both as a leader and team player.
• Ability to influence decisions at the senior executive level.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must not currently require, nor will in the future, employment visa sponsorship to work in the US.
