This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guiding new teams through the implementation process, onboarding, and training to ensure a seamless start and foundational success.
• Actively managing user adoption, aligning stakeholders, and overseeing account health to foster long-term success, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Partnering with customers to pinpoint essential business processes, correlating them with scalable solutions, and driving efficiency through continuous refinement and performance insights.
• Enabling customers to utilize emerging features and technologies, such as AI and automation, to boost productivity, optimize operations, and deliver tangible results.
• Monitoring seat utilization, adoption patterns, and engagement levels of Champions and Stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing adoption strategies and account reviews to sustain or enhance account health.
• Proactively identifying risks and crafting recovery strategies in collaboration with the account team.
• Providing ongoing change management and enablement to ensure customers continuously evolve and mature with the platform.
• In-depth knowledge of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionalities.
• Familiarity with generative AI principles, prompt design, and automation frameworks.
• Strong skills in workflow analysis, process design, and identifying friction points.
• Capability to manage intricate customer programs involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Proficient in utilizing dashboards and metrics to convey health, adoption, and ROI.
• Possessing executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Full accountability for the assigned book of business: proactive, organized, and motivated to achieve measurable results.
• Collaborates across functions with the account team, Product, and Sales to ensure alignment on outcomes.
