This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Cultivate and sustain in-depth knowledge of the DigitalOcean product suite and the dynamic cloud landscape.
• Assist in designing, diagramming, and planning infrastructure architectures customized to customer requirements.
• Facilitate regular technical consultation sessions and workshops.
• Oversee and manage key accounts for DigitalOcean.
• Collaborate closely with customers to enhance engagement, retention, and growth of their DigitalOcean workloads.
• Discover opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
• Serve as the customer advocate within DigitalOcean.
• Create tools and scripts to enhance DigitalOcean’s technical interactions.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud infrastructure, along with extensive knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation techniques.
• Experience in programming or development, possessing foundational skills in at least one popular language (e.g., Python, Go).
• Comprehension of provisioning and deployment methodologies, with familiarity in tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
• Proficient in at least one major cloud service platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Established history of effectively resolving technical issues.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), SQL, basic database management, CI/CD tools, and principles of AI/ML infrastructure.
