This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete sales process for mid-market and enterprise prospects, from the initial outreach to closing the deal.
• Perform in-depth technical discovery to assess a prospect's data environment, EHR footprint, and product architecture.
• Independently define and design technical solutions and integration workflows, minimizing the need for Solutions Engineering assistance in most cases.
• Develop and deliver impactful technical demonstrations and architectural diagrams tailored to specific client use cases.
• Establish and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather market insights and manage rare, complex edge-case technical requirements.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and communicate Redox’s technical advantages in the marketplace.
• Engage and negotiate with both technical (CTO, VP of Engineering) and business (CEO, Procurement) stakeholders.
• Manage, track, and report all sales activities and technical scoping documentation within our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from "closed-won" to "active-integration."
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or account executive role within the SaaS or health-tech sectors.
• Hybrid Technical DNA: Demonstrated ability to lead technical scoping discussions and independently design integration solutions.
• Healthcare Interoperability Expert: Strong working knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, X12) and familiarity with the EHR landscape (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
• Proven experience managing complex, consultative sales processes with a history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and authentication protocols (OAuth, TLS).
• Ability to translate technical jargon into business value for executive-level decision-makers.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in autonomy and is comfortable being the primary technical resource on a deal.
• Exceptional presentation skills, capable of whiteboarding complex data flows spontaneously.
• Consultative approach with a commitment to resolving the foundational challenges of healthcare.
