This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features (JobHunt Engine).
• Assume complete responsibility for the product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact, emphasizing business outcomes rather than solely model performance.
• Convert business challenges into ML hypotheses and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to outline data requirements, evaluation frameworks (evals, RAG, agents), model monitoring, and delivery processes.
• Design and implement rapid, pragmatic validation cycles.
• Develop clear hypotheses (Problem → Mechanism → Impact → Metric), select appropriate validation methods (A/B test, shadow model, phased rollout), and make data-driven go/no-go decisions amidst uncertainty.
• Utilize critical thinking to deconstruct complex, ambiguous issues.
• Work in close partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams. Effectively communicate intricate ML concepts and align stakeholders on objectives, trade-offs, and progress.
• Strong grasp of ML/LLM fundamentals (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.).
• Practical experience in building and scaling AI-driven features (matching, ranking, personalization).
• Hands-on knowledge of contemporary AI/ML concepts: evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, model monitoring.
• Capability to define data pipelines, metrics, and workflows with ML engineering teams.
• Nice to have: direct experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer position.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Manager capacity, ideally within a data-intensive or ML-centric field (HRTech experience is a significant advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and rigorously test product/ML hypotheses utilizing statistical methods (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals).
• Capacity to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations to make well-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial & Hands-on: Possesses a "Let's build it" mentality. Able to create quick prototypes and test concepts without excessive engineering. Comfortable with "building with sticks and glue" to facilitate rapid learning.
• Outcome-Oriented: Responsible for the business result, not merely the AI model. Pragmatic and willing to simplify or eliminate features that do not drive impact.
• Excels in Ambiguity: Capable of navigating uncertainty, conflicting model results, and noisy data. A structured thinker who can bring clarity to complex scenarios.
• Fluent in English and Russian. Exceptional communication skills with both technical (Engineers, Data Scientists) and non-technical stakeholders.
