Senior Tech Product Manager – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features (JobHunt Engine).

• Assume complete responsibility for the product lifecycle from hypothesis formulation to scaled impact, prioritizing business outcomes over mere model performance.

• Convert business challenges into ML hypotheses and actionable solutions.

• Collaborate directly with ML engineers and data scientists to outline data requirements, evaluation frameworks (evals, RAG, agents), model monitoring, and delivery processes.

• Design and implement swift, practical validation cycles.

• Utilize critical thinking to break down complex, ambiguous problems.

• Work in close partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.).

• Practical experience in developing and scaling AI-powered features (matching, ranking, personalization).

• Hands-on knowledge of contemporary AI/ML concepts: evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, model monitoring.

• Capability to establish data pipelines, metrics, and workflows in collaboration with ML engineering teams.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a data-intensive or ML-driven sector (HRTech experience is a significant advantage).

• Demonstrated ability to formulate and rigorously validate product/ML hypotheses employing statistical methods (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals).

• Proficiency in reasoning about probability, causality, and data limitations to make informed decisions.

• Entrepreneurial & Hands-on: Possesses a "Let's build it" mindset. Capable of creating quick prototypes and testing concepts without over-engineering.

• Outcome-Oriented: Responsible for the business outcome, not solely the AI model. Pragmatic and willing to simplify or eliminate features that do not yield impact.

• Thrives in Ambiguity: Able to manage uncertainty, conflicting model results, and noisy data. A structured thinker who can provide clarity in complex situations.

• Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent communication skills for both technical (Engineers, Data Scientists) and non-technical stakeholders.
