Senior Team Manager – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead both functional and disciplinary aspects of the Market Access department

• Formulate access strategies tailored for various markets and indications

• Engage in contract negotiations with both statutory and private health insurance providers

• Mentor, develop, and manage the performance of team members

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure and enhance processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• At least 7–10 years of significant leadership and professional experience within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry

• Comprehensive knowledge of reimbursement systems, decision-making pathways, and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector

• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing innovative projects in collaboration with payers

• Proficient in both German and English

• Readiness to travel between 25–50%
