This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for the Energy Environmental team with transparency, trust, and accountability.

• Develop and enhance environmental services within the energy sector, encompassing renewables, transmission, and natural gas.

• Identify and pursue new business ventures in collaboration with Energy leadership.

• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive and genuine engagement.

• Manage project delivery to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, budget, and regulatory standards.

• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver integrated, impactful solutions.

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members, nurturing confidence, skills, and future leadership.

• Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and ongoing learning.

• Travel as necessary to support clients, visit project sites, and connect with team members across Olsson’s geographical presence.

• Align staffing, utilization, and workload to promote sustainable growth and team well-being.

• Transform strategy into actionable steps while upholding Olsson’s purpose-driven values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven success in client relationship management and business development.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, natural resources, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in environmental services linked to the energy sector.

• More than 6 years of experience in leading and developing technical teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and project delivery within the energy industry.
