Senior Tax Supervisor – Future Tax Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Analyze and prepare intricate business and individual tax returns

• Facilitate discussions on tax planning and strategy

• Cultivate client relationships and establish yourself as a reliable advisor

• Oversee the work of staff and assist in their professional development

• Collaborate directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors

• Contribute to the growth of an advisory-focused practice

• Progress into Tax Manager and Pod leadership roles

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Tax Supervisors, Senior Tax Supervisors, or Tax Managers

• High-performing Tax Seniors already operating at the next level

• Significant review experience

• CPA or EA certification

• Over 5 years of experience in public accounting

• Strong experience in review processes

• Client-facing advisory experience and tax planning knowledge

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Preferable experience with real estate investors, rental properties, cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and multi-state tax issues
