This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR, Talent, and IT stakeholders regarding talent technology strategy and transformation.
• Lead and execute technology workstreams and engagements that focus on assessing current states, designing future states, developing business cases, and creating multi-year roadmaps.
• Utilize structured consulting problem-solving techniques to convert business challenges into technology-driven solutions.
• Prepare and present executive-level materials, insights, and recommendations that facilitate decision-making at the C-suite and VP levels.
• Provide guidance to clients on the selection, implementation strategies, and optimization of enterprise ATS and CRM platforms.
• Advise clients on operating model considerations, governance, and ownership across HR, Talent, IT, and vendor interactions.
• Define and clearly explain end-to-end conceptual and logical architectures for talent technology ecosystems.
• Offer advice on integration strategies, data flows, middleware patterns, and scalability considerations.
• Identify high-value use cases for AI, automation, and agentic capabilities across various functions.
• Develop high-quality, client-ready visual artifacts.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, talent technology advisory, HR transformation, or similar roles.
• Proven experience advising enterprise clients on ATS, CRM, and talent technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Eightfold, Phenom, Avature, SmartRecruiters).
• Experience in supporting large-scale, multi-country implementations and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong consulting experience with a demonstrated ability in client-facing delivery and executive engagement.
• Collaborative team player, contributing as part of a project delivery team to solve intricate problems.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
