This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create targeted sourcing lists for RPO and Retained Search projects utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and network mapping.
• Identify and recruit qualified candidates for US-based positions across Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR sectors, covering roles from individual contributors to Director-level.
• Research target organizations and analyze prospective candidates’ career paths to determine job fit and assist with outreach strategies for active recruiting efforts.
• Develop, customize, and implement personalized outreach communications to potential candidates on LinkedIn and via email, using approved templates to enhance engagement and response rates.
• Oversee candidate communications; ensure prompt replies, clear next-step coordination, and disposition emails, while maintaining professionalism and a welcoming attitude throughout the process.
• Conduct initial discovery discussions with interested candidates to evaluate general alignment prior to screening.
• Perform structured phone or video interviews lasting 20 to 30 minutes with US-based candidates for RPO Phone Screens and Retained Search initiatives.
• Keep thorough records of standardized documentation for each screened candidate, adhering to established protocols and evaluation standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the relevant ATS, including outreach activities, screening results, interview progression, and reasons for candidate disposition.
• Provide a weekly sourcing update to the Practice Leader, detailing pipeline status, active prospects, completed screens, and any obstacles encountered.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing and Operations Manager regarding candidate handoffs, follow-up responsibilities, and differentiation between inbound applicants and outbound prospects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition across various role levels.
• Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methods.
• Demonstrated ability to craft outreach messages that elicit responses from professionals who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
• Experience conducting structured phone or video interviews and documenting outcomes for client or stakeholder review.
• Familiarity with US hiring markets and candidate expectations across various functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable passive sourcing tool.
• Experience with ATS platforms (ExactHire preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Competent in using Microsoft Teams for scheduling and communication.
• Prior experience in a recruiting agency, RPO, or multi-client environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of ExactHire, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in sourcing for Technology, Sales, and Finance roles is beneficial.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR or talent acquisition certification is a plus.
