This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle from initiation to offer, emphasizing precision, speed, and a strong focus on developing a candidate pipeline.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional candidates.
• Lead outreach to candidates, effectively conveying our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of team objectives.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of high-quality talent.
• Act as an advocate for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Continuously track metrics and analyze data trends on a weekly basis.
• Over 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Extensive sourcing expertise, including proficiency in advanced research techniques and outreach methods.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Strong, persuasive communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and resourceful.
• Possess a growth mindset and maintain high standards.
