• Oversee the entire hiring process for both technical and business roles

• Develop and refine structured interview processes

• Contribute to the establishment of an AI-driven recruitment function

• Utilize data analytics to enhance hiring results

• Collaborate with the People team to fortify recruitment operations

• Be hands-on and assist wherever necessary
