This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes, which encompass intake consultations, sourcing strategies, candidate evaluations, interview scheduling, offer formulation, and onboarding assistance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp business requirements and establish proactive talent acquisition strategies.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, market analysis, talent mapping, and direct sourcing methods.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment through structured screening and interview procedures.
• Formulate competitive offer proposals in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders regarding hiring best practices, talent market insights, workforce planning, and candidate evaluations.
• Consult with leadership on organizational demands, role structuring, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Assist in internal mobility efforts, promotions, and employee career advancement opportunities.
• Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to shape hiring strategies and promote ongoing improvements.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to cultivate diverse talent pipelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives that enhance the organization's standing as an employer of choice.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events, networking gatherings, career fairs, and industry conferences.
• Build and sustain talent communities for essential and recurring positions.
• Ensure that recruitment activities, documentation, and data are accurately and promptly maintained within the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and suggest process enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Engage in talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and transition experiences.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally in a mix of corporate and agency settings.
• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment across various business functions and levels.
• Experience in recruiting for technical, professional, and/or leadership positions.
• Proven capability to source and attract hard-to-find talent using creative and proactive sourcing methods.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities with the power to influence and partner effectively with leaders.
• Proficient at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Experience in utilizing recruitment metrics and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a comparable field is preferred.
• CHRP, CHRL, SHRM, or a similar professional designation is considered an asset.
