Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the daily operations of the affiliate program across various channels and platforms.

• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and fostering of relationships with high-caliber affiliate partners.

• Oversee affiliate activities, ensure compliance, and uphold the program's integrity.

• Monitor, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics.

• Leverage data insights to uncover growth opportunities.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.

• Formulate and implement strategies to expand the affiliate network and enhance program revenue.

• Administer affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks.

• Ensure all partner-facing materials are brand-aligned, current, and adhere to guidelines.

• Provide affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to optimize their performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related discipline.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling affiliate programs with quantifiable results.

• Strong familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten).

• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights preferred.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
