This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main compensation partner for our G&A function, collaborating with recruiting teams, HR business partners, and business unit leaders by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of compensation principles along with insights into the business and market dynamics.
• Collaborate to create innovative compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with market conditions, internal equity, a robust pay-for-performance philosophy, and the company's goals.
• Assist with compensation-related functions, including new hire offers, analysis of recruiting data trends, promotions, transfers, international employees/contractors, performance calibrations, and compensation adjustments.
• Utilize your data analysis expertise to examine insights and summarize findings in presentations and dashboards for HR business partners and business leaders.
• Participate in a culture of ongoing analytics and monitoring of existing programs to identify improvement opportunities that align with strategic priorities, ensuring compensation is a key factor in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
• Conduct annual job benchmarking reviews to maintain competitive compensation package ranges.
• Aid in the implementation of all ongoing compensation programs and tools, offering leaders critical insights to support informed compensation decisions.
• Regularly assess the current job architecture and systematic job leveling approach for the organization, enhancing support for hiring, career advancement, and job evaluation, ultimately leading to competitive compensation packages.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Generally, 3+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a significant focus on supporting sales or G&A organizations.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze intricate data, derive insights, and present recommendations to various stakeholders, including HR business partners and business leaders.
• Strong grasp of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and pay-for-performance philosophies.
