Affiliate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Developing the strategy for our affiliate marketing initiative, ensuring we meet ambitious growth objectives.

• Cultivating and strengthening relationships with high-performing affiliates while identifying new partnership possibilities.

• Analyzing performance metrics to enhance campaigns and boost ROI, including proficiency in utilizing all reporting tools like My Affiliates.

• Assembling, guiding, and mentoring a team to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry, with clear direction and target achievement.

• Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring we employ the best tools and practices available.

• Collaborating with other marketing channel leaders to ensure comprehensive tracking and measurement, delivering integrated campaigns.

• Ensuring that our brands' and creative guidelines are adhered to by affiliates, providing them with all necessary creative assets and landing pages to maximize performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in affiliate marketing with a demonstrated history of achieving results.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• A strategic approach coupled with the capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Leadership experience with the capacity to direct a team towards common objectives.

• Significant experience in the iGaming industry is essential, including familiarity with Anjuan/Curacao-licensed operations.
