This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Responsible for the comprehensive design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of both clinical and non-clinical training programs, which include onboarding, continuing education, and leadership development.
• Converting instructor-led content into scalable digital learning formats while managing a well-organized, quality-controlled content pipeline.
• Supporting operational initiatives (such as system rollouts, tool upgrades, and process modifications) through prompt training, effective communication, and colleague readiness.
• Leading, coaching, and nurturing a team of training managers to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality learning experiences.
• Establishing priorities and overseeing daily team performance, fostering alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Managing new hire training operations, including forecasting, capacity planning, and contingency strategies.
• Ensuring that training schedules, logistics, and delivery models are efficient and adaptable to changing demands.
• Maintaining accurate and accessible training content through regular audits, version control, and continuous improvement; overseeing content libraries and knowledge management tools.
• Utilizing data, trends, and feedback from stakeholders to identify training needs, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Representing Talent Development in cross-functional and leadership forums, leading projects, and ensuring that enablement requirements are integrated into enterprise initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical operations or service delivery environment (such as healthcare navigation, contact centers, or similar frontline operations).
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, or enablement.
• Ability to design and implement training programs using a structured methodology (e.g., ADDIE), including planning, milestones, and stakeholder engagement.
• Capable of building and maintaining scalable onboarding and continuing education training systems.
• Proficient in transforming instructor-led materials into repeatable digital learning formats and managing a quality-controlled content development process.
• Experienced with eLearning/content creation tools such as Adobe Captivate, Easygenerator, Synthesia, and Articulate (or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess training needs, measure effectiveness, and promote continuous improvement.
• Clear and dependable communicator who can distill complexity, align stakeholders, and influence across various functions.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others (either directly or indirectly) and achieving results through teamwork.
