Senior Talent Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for Talent Strategy, which includes talent assessment, succession planning, and performance processes.

• Collaborates with PBPs and Leaders to identify critical roles and top talent.

• Converts talent insights into specific development actions such as stretch assignments, rotations, and coaching.

• Provides guidance on organizational design improvements and enhances decision-making effectiveness based on role accountability.

• Aids in plant-level execution and identifies soft skills that need upskilling.

• Works in partnership with PBPs, leaders, Enterprise L&D, Supply Chain Technical Training, and Talent Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in L&D, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Design.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering capability programs for frontline leaders, supervisors, or managers.

• Strong capability to translate enterprise frameworks into functional and practical applications.

• Comfortable with overseeing programs from start to finish, including design, delivery, and improvement.

• Ability to balance strategic objectives with operational realities.

• Experience working with external vendors while avoiding duplicated efforts.

• Proficient in tracking progress, assessing effectiveness, and making adjustments based on outcomes.
