This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a consultative strategic partner and specialist in recruitment.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Research, create, and execute effective recruiting strategies.
• Conduct interviews and make well-informed recommendations regarding hiring decisions.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Department with special projects as necessary.
• Facilitate and manage the recruitment process for all levels of staff.
• Analyze client needs and work collaboratively with hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Conduct salary analyses and suggest competitive compensation offers.
• Build strong consultative relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects and recruitment initiatives.
• Promote and participate in networking events and job fairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Talent Advisor or Recruiter position.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
