This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process in IT, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers for both technical and corporate positions.
• Handle multiple job openings while ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment results.
• Perform screening and behavioral interviews, assessing candidates based on their skills and values.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods including Naukri, social media recruiting, referrals, events, and mapping passive talent.
• Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet niche and future skill requirements in the Indian market.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to outline requirements, interview methodologies, and selection criteria.
• Offer market insights regarding talent availability, salary standards, and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding hiring progress.
• Ensure a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the organization at events, career fairs, and digital hiring initiatives as necessary.
• Keep precise records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Talent Acquisition dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws in the hiring process.
• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements and best practices in Talent Acquisition.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in IT or HR).
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a dynamic corporate or technology setting.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Design roles in the Indian market.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and the dynamics of the Indian talent market.
• Fluent in English (a must).
• Experience with cross-regional hiring for areas such as the US, Canada, or the EU is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
• Proficient in negotiation and closing candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration in a global, matrixed environment.
