• Strategically identify and attract top-tier passive talent for a variety of corporate positions, including Engineering, GTM, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Accounting & Finance, among others.
• Evaluate candidates’ relevant expertise, skills, interpersonal abilities, experience, and suitability in relation to the job requirements.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to expedite the hiring process by taking full ownership of the recruitment and communication flow.
• Manage the compensation analysis for each position, facilitate compensation discussions, and ensure successful candidate closures.
• Serve as a key point of contact and a strong ambassador for the brand, fostering meaningful candidate relationships throughout the selection process while creating talent pipelines and networks.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop and refine job descriptions and specifications.
• Act as a proactive business partner (rather than merely an order taker) to Hiring Managers and the Leadership Team, working together to strategically build their teams.
• Oversee and implement recruiting best practices, holding hiring managers accountable while remaining adaptable to business needs.
• Collaborate on ongoing improvements to the overall recruitment process.
• Demonstrated success as a Recruiter, whether in-house or within a staffing agency.
• Experience sourcing candidates for GTM and/or highly technical roles within a high-tech environment is essential.
• Ability to swiftly and accurately grasp role requirements, whether they are technical, GTM, or otherwise.
• Extensive familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, particularly Ashby (or similar) and LinkedIn.
• Proven capability in managing compensation discussions, analyses, and presentations to candidates, achieving a high closure rate.
• Exceptional communication skills and professionalism, fostering strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing expectations in a metrics-driven role.
• A professional, process-oriented attitude that is self-motivated and success-driven.
• Additional soft skills: adaptable, collaborative team player, detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and strong decision-making abilities.
• Education: BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business, or a related field.
