Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for senior leadership and specialized positions

• Create innovative and proactive sourcing strategies

• Perform candidate evaluations and manage offer negotiations

• Establish and nurture diverse talent pipelines

• Deliver operational leadership for recruitment services

• Examine recruitment metrics and trends to inform decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• CHRP, CHRL, Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), or a comparable professional certification

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Proficient in utilizing Workday and similar talent acquisition technologies

• Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices

• Experience working in a national, complex, multi-site organization

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
