This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee and direct the complete recruitment cycle for various positions, including highly specialized, operational, and senior leadership roles, particularly in the fields of engineering, planning, environmental, and corporate services.
• Act as an ambassador for the employer brand, effectively representing the firm’s culture, values, and growth prospects through storytelling, social media interaction, and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor labor market and talent dynamics to continuously enhance recruiting strategies and introduce innovative tools or practices within the team.
• Keep precise records and workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure process uniformity, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Guarantee a seamless and personalized candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful coordination at each stage of the recruitment process.
• Manage job requisitions with consistent communication, balancing urgency and priorities, compliance, and candidate experience in a dynamic environment.
• Craft engaging job descriptions and candidate communications that stand out in a competitive talent landscape.
• Develop and execute data-driven, innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates—utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, niche job boards, AI resources, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Establish trusted collaborations with hiring managers and HR team members to thoroughly understand hiring requirements, shape strategy, and align recruitment activities with business objectives.
• A minimum of 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within both agency and corporate settings, with a significant emphasis on AEC, engineering, and technical/professional services sectors.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong sourcing expertise: proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media sourcing, and proactive pipeline development.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring across various levels—including technical personnel, project managers, and executive leadership.
• A creative and strategic thinker with a forward-looking, solutions-oriented approach.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and active personal automobile liability insurance by the start date of employment.
