• Experience: At least 6 months in the recruitment field.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.

• Skills: Proficient in using social media, candidate sourcing, and networking tools.

• Availability: Must commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week.

• Personal Traits: Excellent communication skills, adaptability, initiative, and accountability.
