Recruiter – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates through innovative and effective outreach methods.

• Engage with candidates and manage the scheduling of phone interviews and in-person meetings via email, phone, and applicant tracking system (ATS) tools.

• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and negotiate job offers.

• Keep candidate information and outreach activities updated in our applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment processes.

• Monitor recruiting metrics to report on and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.

• Represent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community engagement activities to enhance employer branding.

• Assist with other recruiting initiatives and special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Over three years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting and sourcing strategies.

• Experience in recruiting for diverse roles.

• Preferred background in recruiting within retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume sectors.

• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems; experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for tracking, reporting, and basic formulas).

• Highly motivated, self-assured, and energetic.

• A proactive self-starter with a track record of achieving deadline-driven results.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities.

• Organized with the ability to manage numerous candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Strong and engaging communicator with a talent for attracting candidates.

• Skilled in interacting with a variety of personalities across different levels of seniority.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, and professionalism to communicate effectively with all management and staff levels, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
