G&A Recruitment Manager – 6-month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Manage the complete recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.

• Your focus will be on attracting top talent across General & Administrative (G&A) areas.

• Take responsibility for the successful execution of your team's core deliverables.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders from various departments within Talentful and your client to anticipate needs, provide insights, and produce comprehensive reports.

• Employ a consultative approach to enhance the efficiency of the internal business model.

• Identify and streamline processes to work more effectively and create a meaningful impact for your client and Talentful.

• Proven experience leading teams, with a track record of recruiting across various business functions in a high-volume environment, while managing a team with ambitious hiring objectives.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong team management abilities, capable of driving team performance and success across multiple regions.

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, adept at building lasting relationships in a short period.

• Ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities.

• A data-driven approach to recruitment strategy.

• Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment model.

• Experience in recruiting G&A talent.
