This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and coordinate interviews for candidates during virtual and in-person hiring events.
• Oversee candidate rosters in Excel and generate reports for each event.
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for host organizations concerning interview scheduling, event logistics, and recruitment timelines.
• Conduct initial participant interviews as necessary.
• Communicate interview results and next steps to participants in a timely and professional manner.
• Gather, monitor, and report on visa appointment updates and outcomes, providing regular status updates to host organizations.
• Manage the shared inbox, ensuring prompt responses and follow-up on inquiries.
• Provide support for domestic and international recruitment road shows and hiring events as needed.
• Maintain and update the CIEE Beacon hiring event grid, tracking interview activities, host selections, and placement outcomes.
• Assist with training plan processes, including kickoff coordination, cloning, workflow management, participant reminders, and pipeline tracking.
• Regularly communicate with international agency partners regarding candidate status, event participation, placement updates, and program requirements.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and data management across recruitment and placement systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance hiring event operations and improve experiences for both participants and hosts.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with the ability to effectively coordinate a diverse range of activities.
• Must demonstrate professionalism both internally and externally to CIEE and be dedicated to the company’s values and goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences including participants, industry partners, international representatives, and senior leaders.
• Capability to navigate and resolve a wide array of issues while serving as an exemplary ambassador of CIEE and its mission and programs.
• Ability to thrive in a complex institutional framework, possess a high tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility, and respond swiftly and appropriately to changing circumstances.
