This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies.
• Remain updated on and utilize effective sourcing techniques and strategies.
• Assist in the assessment of vendor partners.
• Employ relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
• Modify recruitment strategies based on performance outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive life-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, applicant evaluation, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
• Recruit for designated divisions, positions, or programs of moderate complexity within the medical center.
• Create pipelines of qualified candidates for critical positions.
• Provide guidance and support to recruiters on candidate identification and selection processes.
• Support Cincinnati Children's EEO/Affirmative Action initiatives in recruitment and selection.
• Mentor and advise recruiters on candidate attraction, identification, selection, onboarding, compensation, and management practices.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' recruitment needs while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Offer guidance and appropriate recommendations.
• Advise applicants on minimum requirements, career opportunities, and the interpretation of transfer/promotion policies.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related job discipline.
• Recent experience in nursing recruitment across various disciplines is preferred.
• Experience or exposure to APP recruitment is preferred; credentialing experience is an advantage.
• Formal or informal leadership experience is preferred.
• Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies within a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.
• Experience in creating process flows in a healthcare or hospital setting with measurable outcomes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Workday and other recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are preferred.
• Additional pay may be offered, including shift, on-call, or weekend differentials.
