• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for your assigned roles: from strategic intake meetings and crafting engaging job descriptions to overseeing the screening process and finalizing offer negotiations.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Foster strong relationships and collaborate closely with Hiring Managers.
• Leverage advanced LinkedIn Boolean search techniques and Recruiter tools to scout exceptional talent.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by ensuring a professional and transparent journey for every applicant.
• Work alongside the TA team to identify areas for improvement and implement suggestions.
• A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, covering hires across all levels of seniority.
• A mix of Agency (high volume/sourcing) and In-house (process ownership/stakeholder management) experience.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, with experience in hiring for various departments within the operator sector.
• Established professional connections within Malta, Cyprus, and the wider European region.
• Demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication abilities with a talent for quickly building rapport.
