This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent in Architecture / Buildings.

• Ensure a top-notch experience for both hiring managers and candidates by implementing exemplary sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Develop tailored recruitment strategies to support our growth, collaborating naturally with cross-functional teams and leveraging expertise in methodologies to source highly specialized roles.

• Maintain an outstanding track record in recruiting, demonstrating proactivity and thriving in complex, matrixed environments.

• Conduct efficient Kick-Off sessions with Hiring Managers by asking insightful questions, gathering detailed information, accurately analyzing resumes, and understanding intricate search requirements.

• Prepare and present a comprehensive job posting/description to potential candidates, including an in-depth overview of the benefits package where applicable.

• Provide exceptional service to hiring leaders by employing various recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions effectively.

• Keep detailed records and notes in our Application Tracking System for skilled candidates, ensuring a diverse range of requisitions across multiple technical disciplines are filled.

• Collaborate with fellow Talent Acquisition team members to enhance their performance and foster strong relationships within the team.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Hiring Leaders by devising customized strategies, addressing concerns, communicating effectively, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Conduct candidate interviews, schedule and coordinate interview logistics, and draft offer letters.

• Negotiate offers with candidates and provide constructive feedback to both HR and Hiring Leaders.

• Partner with the talent acquisition team to refine processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality standards and services for all candidates, managers, and HRBPs.

• Present qualified diversity candidates for open positions and promote awareness of diversity hiring opportunities through networking and outreach to diverse organizations and groups.

• Support employee retention initiatives by implementing strategies to reduce turnover among new hires.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting technical professionals.

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting for specialized/complex Architecture projects (such as Mission Critical/Data Centers, Ports & Maritime, Healthcare, Aviation, etc.).

• Background in a technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.

• Knowledge and experience with relevant employment legislation and trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Ability to source, engage, and attract candidates with high demand.

• A team player who is highly service-oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and composed under pressure.

• Proven capability to assess and optimize recruiting tools and strategies, making recommendations to enhance productivity.

• Experience in global recruiting and an understanding of the varying dynamics across different global locations.

• Previous experience in recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills – must be a “people person” with a servant leadership mindset.

• Self-motivated and proactive in executing Human Resource functions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with both on-site and remote associates.

• Capable of performing tasks and resolving issues with a high degree of independence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team; provide constructive feedback and guidance to support objectives.
