• Oversee the complete recruiting process for open roles, which encompasses sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing offer support.
• Facilitate the entire team member lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding procedures.
• Assist in managing performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and initiatives for professional growth.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and meticulous handling of team member records, documentation, and systems.
• 4-6 years of advancing experience in Human Resources (HR), People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, or similar fields.
• Proven track record in managing the complete recruiting cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and coordinating offers.
• Experience in facilitating various stages of the team member lifecycle, such as onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
